Aligned Action coaching asks that the client (and coach) move from a mindset of self-control or self-management to one of self-leadership.

AAI Certification Programs

The certification programs offered through Aligned Action International conform with International Coach Federation (ICF) standards and requirements for membership and for certification as a professional coach.

The ten day, 60 hour program

The initial course prepares a participant to join ICF as a member, and (when the required hours of experience and mentoring are complete) to apply for certification at the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) level.*

The twenty day, 130.5 hour program

The extended course completes the training that is required to apply for certification at the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level, (when the hours of experience and mentoring are complete)

The Level 2 diploma

Following the classroom training, while they are amassing 100 hours of coaching experience, students complete 10 hours of mentoring in preparation for a final oral exam. After successfully passing the exam, they receive a Level 2 diploma and are eligible to use the PCC Level 2(fast track) application for any certification level.
